This community covers 380 acres off of Thompson Nursery Road just minutes from Highway 27.

The developer states that 449 single-family homes, 512 multi-family units, a 500-bed assisted living facility spanning 290,000 square feet and roughly 70,000 square feet in commercial space will be built.

Townhomes will make up 65 of the multi-family units.

There will be around 130 acres of natural wetlands and conservation space.

The Preserve at Lake Ashton will be a deed restricted with a clubhouse and other amenities such as a community swimming pool. It will have two main entrances off of Thompson Nursery Road.

Until then you can browse homes for sale in Lake Ashton if you cannot wait until this development shapes up.
