Lake Ashton is a large gated and guarded golf community, but that is just getting started. Lake Ashton straddles the Winter Haven & Lake Wales border, so there are homes from both cities in this list. There are multiple club houses and some of the amenities include a bar, movie theatre, oversized heated pool, restaurants, lounge, bowling alley, pickle ball court, spa, library, gym, ballroom, indoor track, tennis courts, and two 18 hole golf courses.

There is also a CDD Bond fee of just around $1000/Year on these homes, some of which have been paid in full by the currrent or past owners. This should be verified on each home you may be interested in.
