tIndian Lake Estates is located off of Highway 60 in Lake Wales Florida. Indian Lake Estates is a larger community that offers golfing, fishing, and boating to its residents. Some of the home are on canals leading out to Lake Weohyakapka (Lake Walk In Water) a 7500 acre lake known for its fishing.

The community offers an 18 hole golf course, basketball and tennis courts, a large 23,000 square foot clubhouse, along with the longest freshwater fishing pier in the state of Florida. There is a pavilion with grills and covered picnic tables at the start of the pier. There is one mile of lakefront so there is plenty of room for activities.

Indian Lake Estates is a deed restricted master planned community that covers over 10 square miles of land and is home to more than 8,000 homesites. This community is not fully developed and there are lots for sale that you can build your dream home on if one of the current resales doesn't fit your needs. The lots are all 1/2 acre in size.

The community has an active calendar, and its residents enjoy the 6,000sqft ballroom, fitness room, library, and much more.

While many people say Indian Lake Estates is too far out, the residents enjoy being centrally located in the state with easy access to both coasts via Highway 60. It is 15 miles to shopping and entertainment in Lake Wales, FL.
