These home are built on 1-2 acre lots and offer access to the community airstrip which is a paved 3000' by 60' runway at 144' above sea level. The Ridge Landing Airpark runway is located at 27º45’N/81º35’W.
Occasionally a vacant lot will come available in Ridge Landing for you to build your very own custom hangar home on.
There are currently (3/2024) only 9 homes built in this community. There has been over 45 lots sold. Owners have 5 years to build a home once they purchase a lot.
Ridge Landing Airpark is a gated community of only 99 homesites. It covers 150+ acres of Central Florida land, and some of the lots are cleared, while others have trees. There will be in the future a fuel depot, and maintenance hanger located on the North West corner on the property, at the runway.
