Emilie Springs is a new community currently in planning phase that will eventually be home to 2245 single family homes on its 904 acres. Emilie Springs will be located South East of the Bartow Airport and will have entry on Highway 60. 

The project will bring significant improvements to local infrastructure, including new roads and utilities. 

There will be modern amenities, but they have yet to be announced.  

Emilie Springs is expected to break ground on Emilie Springs East by the end of 2025, with a total build out taking 5-10 years.
