Are you a car collector? Do you love to race your car? Would you like a place to keep your cars and have a community race track? Then look no more!

Circuit Florida is a 52 acre community with a 1.7 mile professionally designed course, 13 condo buildings, clubhouse with pool. gym, lockers, sauna, shower, and massage room. There will be a large outdoor deck with a portion location over pit lane for spectators, training and conference rooms, and a car service building with 5 bays. 

The 1.7 mile course has 14 turns, a 1800'+ straight away with anticipated top speeds approaching 150 mph, with at least 4 different parts of the track having possible 100mph speeds. There is over 115' of track elevation change and an electronic flagging system using the latest technology available. 

Circuit Florida is located just off of I-4 in Auburndale, with easy access from Tampa and Orlando. They will be selling condos with residences as well as units just for storage for the day trippers that live nearby. 

They also are not planning on holding public events, keeping it membership exclusive.
