The real estate market is staying steady. Rates did tick down by .1% to 6.88% vs last weeks 6.98%.
There were 337 homes listed for sale, 318 price drops, 412 went under contract, and 417 have sold. We are still hovering around 2900 active listings in Polk County. In May 1314 have sold, though that number isn't final as some of todays closings are not being reported yet.
